Mr Rahul Gupta is practising advocate handling various corporate and commercial litigation matters since 2011 before different Courts and Tribunals including the National Company Law Tribunal, District Courts, High Courts, and other Quasi-Judicial Authorities.

He is also a qualified Company Secretary. He specializes in corporate and commercial litigation matters related to Indirect Taxation, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Negotiable Instruments, Trademarks, and Commercial Suits. He has been a speaker on various issues related to COMPANY LAW, V.A.T, G.S.T, TRADE-MARK, and COMMERCIAL MATTERS. He has been hired by various Big Four law firms in numerous matters before several tribunals and courts.

He has addressed several seminars on various issues relating to Indirect Taxation, Insolvency, Negotiable Instruments and Commercial Court matters.

Recently he has been appointed as a member of the BJP Legal Cell (Tax Unit).
